The PatientCare leadership team brings decades of experience to the provision of EMS and transport services and a track record of building exceptionally strong relationships.  As we expand, we remain committed to do our very best for patients, customers and the communities we serve. Our culture is one of balance.  Our continued success is largely due to our ability to make sure we are meeting the needs of our employees, patients, and customers and providing efficient, innovative, high quality and cost-effective services.  Our focus on service excellence and providing the best patient experience has yielded us with some of the highest patient satisfaction ratings in the industry.  Our corresponding emphasis on high performance, supported by data and innovative technology, has resulted in remarkable levels of response time reliability performance and overall improved services. PatientCare knows that our success relies heavily on the engagement of our employees.  We work to create an atmosphere where EMS professionals have a safe work environment, feel supported, are encouraged to develop their professional skills, and can do their best. All of our locations survey employees at least once a year to see how well we are meeting their expectations and make improvements.

PatientCare Logistics Solutions, based in Tyler Texas, is committed to creating long-term relationships/partnerships in the communities we serve to provide the highest level of patient care and service excellence. “PatientCare” reflects the evolution of the company who has been known in the industry as Paramedics Plus, a leading provider of ground-based 911 emergency ambulance and other critical healthcare services since 1998. In March 2018, Paramedics Plus was acquired by A&M Capital Partners, LP, a middle – market private equity fund that is part of the of the A&M Capital Platform, to form Paramedics Logistics Operating Company, LLC. In July 2018, the company was rebranded as PatientCare Logistics Solutions, LLC. PatientCare operates under local brands throughout the United States. Partnerships include Alameda County EMS in California; Sunstar Paramedics in Pinellas County, Florida; Three Rivers Ambulance Association in Ft. Wayne, Indiana; REMSA in Sioux Falls, South Dakota; City of Wylie and Southeast Collin County EMS Coalition in Texas; and LifeCare EMS in the greater Carthage, Mississippi area.
